Leak-Proof Exams: Haryana Board Implements Strict Measures to Prevent Paper Leaks

Haryana School Education Board Issues Strict Guidelines for Supplementary Exams to Curb Cheating; Roll Numbers Released to Eligible Candidates

The roll numbers have been issued to the examinees. Candidates should print their coloured admit card on A4-sized paper and attach the same coloured photo on the admit card that was uploaded during the application process.

The Haryana School Education Board, Bhiwani, has made strict arrangements to completely curb cheating in the supplementary exams starting tomorrow. Similar to the annual exams, this time the supplementary exam papers are also marked with alphanumeric codes, QR codes, and hidden security features. If any examinee or student-teacher is found leaking the paper, they will be immediately identified, and an FIR will be filed against the concerned student, teacher, or guardian.

The board spokesperson shared that roll numbers have been issued to all eligible candidates. Students are required to print their coloured admit card on A4-sized paper and attach the same coloured photo on the admit card that was uploaded during the application process. It must be verified by the principal or headmaster of any recognized government or non-government school or by a gazetted officer.

Entry to the exam centre will not be permitted without the admit card and an original ID proof (such as Aadhaar card). All candidates should ensure that their Aadhaar card has the latest photo updated.

Candidates should ensure they arrive at the exam centre 30 minutes before the start of the exam, following the guidelines mentioned on the admit card. It is mandatory for the candidate and the invigilator to sign the admit card as per the dates, so candidates should avoid laminating their admit cards.

The use of electronic items such as mobile phones, calculators, smartwatches, etc., is strictly prohibited at the exam centre. If any student or teacher is found involved in cheating, strict action will be taken against them as per the rules.
