Selected for Haryana Team in the 45th National Masters Athletics Competition
Tabdu: Ikhlas, an IRB police officer from Gawarka village in Nuh, showcased his talent by winning three medals at the Haryana State Masters Athletics Championship held in Hisar.
With this achievement, he has secured a spot in the Haryana team for the 45th National Masters Athletics Competition, scheduled to take place in Bengaluru from March 4 to 9.
Ikhlas shared that the Haryana State Masters Athletics Championship was organized at Chaudhary Charan Singh Agricultural University, Hisar, from February 1 to 2, in collaboration with the Masters Athletics Federation of India.
Athletes from all districts of the state participated in various events.
He bagged a gold medal in the 800-meter race, bronze in the 400-meter race, and silver in the 5000-meter race.
Currently serving as a Head Constable in the IRB Bhondsi Unit, Ikhlas is a promising athlete who has won numerous gold, silver, and bronze medals in various competitions.
