Gurugram: The campaigning for the Assembly elections is in its final phase, and the political heat is rising in Haryana’s hottest seat, Millennium City Gurugram. On Wednesday morning, the police raided the election office of Independent candidate Naveen Goyal. Despite this, he organised a grand rally at Leisure Valley Park in Sector-29. Naveen Goyal is contesting as an Independent candidate after rebelling against the BJP. Just one day before the end of the election campaign, Naveen Goyal not only showcased his political strength but also proved that people from various communities in Gurugram are united with him on the same platform. From the stage, Naveen Goyal said that earlier rumours were spread about him withdrawing from the election. Now, his election offices are being raided to harass him, but he won’t be intimidated, won’t stop, and won’t back down from these efforts.
Addressing the rally, Naveen Goyal urged the crowd, saying, “I will leave no stone unturned in my efforts; you should not hold back in giving your blessings.” Questioning the BJP’s development policies, Goyal asked, “Why should we continue to live amidst garbage and filth, and for how long? Where is our government hospital? Where is the auto stand? Where is the bus stand? If given a chance, I will ensure that all officials are made to work in front of you.” He expressed his gratitude for the support of various communities, including the SC-ST, Panchal, and Lakhera communities, and thanked all 36 communities for their backing.
Don’t Let the Dream of a Better Gurugram Shatter
He further added, “I will resolve every single issue in each colony and sector. All halted projects will be restarted. Don’t let our dream of building a better Gurugram fall apart. I love every street and corner of Gurugram. I care deeply for this city. Gurugram has been my land of work and service. My body, my heart, and my life are all dedicated to Gurugram. My journey is in your hands—don’t let it sink.”
