The construction of the bus depots will cost approximately ₹32 crore. Their establishment will greatly benefit the developed residential societies and villages from Sector 99 to 115, as well as nearby residential colonies. The GMDA has selected a seven-acre plot of land in Sector 103, near Daulatabad village, for the construction of the city bus depot.
Land has been identified for the city bus depots on the upper Dwarka Expressway in Sector 103 and Sector 107. This land belongs to the Gurugram Municipal Corporation. The CEO of GMDA has written to Dr. Narhari Singh Bangar, the Commissioner of Gurugram Municipal Corporation, requesting the handover of the land for both bus depots. After the land is acquired, a tender for the construction of these bus depots will be awarded to a company.

The GMDA has selected a seven-acre plot of land in Sector 103, near Daulatabad village, for the construction of the city bus depot.
The land is located on the upper Dwarka Expressway, towards village Bajghera from Shyam Chowk. Additionally, 9.5 acres of land in Sector 107, near village Mohammadpur Hedi, has been selected. Both bus depots will be prepared for 100 electric buses each. GMDA officials are hopeful that the land will be acquired after the election code of conduct is lifted. Following this, tenders will be invited for the construction of the electric bus depots on this land. The depots are expected to be completed within one and a half years of the tender allocation.
On the Dwarka Expressway and the upper Dwarka Expressway, there is only one city bus operating from Sector 99 to 115. A second bus is available at intervals of one to one and a half hours. This bus runs to the bus stand and Millennium City Center metro station. Approximately 100 residential societies and colonies have developed along these highways, housing around 150,000 families. Due to the lack of city bus services, residents face difficulties. Villages such as Daulatabad, Basai, Dhankot, Khedki Majra, Dhanwapur, and Dharampur are also located along these roads.
The Sector-10 bus depot will be converted into a bus terminal. Gurugram Metropolitan City Bus Limited (GMCBL) is planning to transform the bus depot in Sector-10 into a bus terminal. Gurugram Metro Rail Limited (GMRL) also has plans to construct a metro station in front of this bus depot. If the bus terminal is established, more passengers will be able to benefit from it.
